Whilst fairly demure in appearance, I can assure you if you dine at this venue you will be greatly rewarded.
The menu is uncluttered, and the meals are absolutely delicious. I had the Gnoochi, and seriously it was an experience . . . savouring every bite. While eating my meal, a number of earlier patrons were sorting their Bill's, and had nothing but praise for the staff, as do I. Pricing was very digestible, and I must say I am VERY pleasantly surprised . . . it's a SIX, and I don't give those away lightly.

Beef cheeks had nice flavor but a little fatty. Mash with it was nice. Washed down with a SA Shiraz. Service was also good.

Stay here each time we come to Hobart. Nice & comfortable apartment style rooms. Stockman's is a quiet restaurant within the hotel, good food, great steaks.

Can't fault this place. My husband and I were looking for a place to eat around 9pm and I'm glad we stumbled upon this place. The waiter was extremely accommodating to my daughters allergies. He went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
