First vegan restaurant that we’ve ever been to, a great experience. Pricey but makes all the delicious well-cooked food worth it. Food came quickly and smoothly, and as a matcha fan I recommend the matcha burgers with cheeze (totally tasted like real cheese), dining companion who ate burger agreed.
Dining mate said there could have been more mandarin in the mandarin soda with “a lot of mandarin” on its label. Couldn’t finish the meal because there was too many nachos, so eat a lot of vegan food and you will feel very full!
Nice atmosphere too, best eating here to avoid the dinner hubbub at 6pm. But because of COVID as of writing this review there will likely be not many people here. Great service. As the motto goes, “eat your veg!” We will.
I reckon we will no doubt become vegans now and will return.

Veggie burger was better than expectations. Truly enjoyed it. Ordered zucchini pasta which wasn't as enjoyable as burger until added little bit of salt and pepper.

Variety of vegan food with interesting flavours and kind staff. Had the Korean Fried Chicken burger made with kimchi and deep fried tofu. Fries were paid for additionally wouldn’t get them next time

Funky place, delightful staff and great vegan food. My non vegan husband who never finishes vegan dishes as he doesn't like the taste actually finished and enjoyed the southern burger.
My only suggestion would be to make plastic straws an on request item rather than putting them in every drink I would have preferred not to have any. :)

Veg Bar never fails to impress. Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and delicious food! The burgers are brilliant, nachos impressive and the bowls always satisfy! And don't leave without trying the cauliflower buffalo wings! 😋😋A fave spot anytime of day...

Funky place. Love the cool lighting and modern seating but what relaxed me most was the waitress telling us that EVERYTHING on the menu is VEGAN 🐷🐮🐔😊
I had a rather different looking black burger bun with pulled jackfruit and slaw and give it 10/10 happy cows.
Chips were very French fried and you'd enjoy them as long as you like salty.
Veg bar take note: you can add salt but you can't take it away, and is pesky vegans tend to be really health conscious.
Even carnivores will like this place. Am definitely going again. Soon I hope!

Absolutely incredible! We ate here three times during a four day stay in Hobart! Being vegan, it was SO good to know we could eat absolutely anything on the menu & it was unbelievably delicious. We ordered the nachos and the stir fry for dinner and couldn't finish it because it was so plentiful!
The staff were great, so friendly- amazing service! The only downside is that there isn't a Vegbar in Sydney!!! Thanks team!

We loved this place. Vegan eateries are few and far between,so finding this was a real score! I had a chilli cacao latte, cauliflower buffalo wings with 2 different dipping sauces, and a Mexican bowl. My husband had the massamon curry with jackfruit. Everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely give it a try.
