Really authentic sushi place. Fresh and simple ingredients. The atmosphere inside is also really nice
However, minimum eftpos is $10, otherwise 22c charge
ATTENTION!
To the reviewers who are complaining about price, the sushi here is better than any ‘cheap’ place you can get in the cbd. The taste is top notch and the ingredients are always fresh and high quality.

Long established and favoured traditional sushi shop in the Hobart CBD.

Fresh, well made and tasty hand rolls! Great for a quick bite. Not much space inside but perfect to take away! Rice is well seasoned and a good balance of ingredients.

I do enjoy coming here for sushi, miso and other dishes. Seems to be made well with passion.
Usually wraps in paper or box for take away.
A little on the expensive side but still comparable to others nearby. Not many seats to eat in.

It is just average food from this sushi place, once is enough for me!

Most authentic sushi in Hobart. Yes, other Sushi places offer more variety with greasy meats and mayonnaise but this place has what you typically find in Tokyo sushi outlets. Just well prepared rice and fresh simple ingredients.

Expensive !!! Not a good variety of sushi
The board outside the store says it's $3.90 but when you go inside, all the Sushi options are more than $4. It's a ripoff when there are so many cheap good sushi places in hobart.
They do charge a tap and pay merchant fee as well.

This is my favorite place to buy sushi in the Hobart CBD. It doesn't seem to have as large a range to the other places I have visited. No contest for me when it comes to taste, always my first choice for sushi! Shop also offers indoor seating which is a bonus, some others in Hobart do not.

I don't really understand why people rate this place as the Best sushi place in Hobart, maybe it is (in comparison to all other sushi in Hobart), but is definitely NOT an outstanding sushi. It is just average, the size is too big, missing a lot of seasoning and not much variety. I've been to so many sushi places around the world and this place is good but not outstanding.

3.5/5<br/>Cute little sushi shop on Liverpool Street. Avocado roll was delicious and fresh, highly recommend! Unfortunately the California roll lacked flavour though.

My first solo outing in Hobart and I discovered this place , tried prawn sushi and smoked salmon sushi and it was quiet fresh . Wasabi was not that fiery . The place is small but has good ambience . Overall a good experience .
