Decided to try out this place when coming to Hobart. Staff is ok, the place is warm, nicely designed and decorated. However, the ramen is really lack of flavour and wow factor which I couldn’t find any good ramen place since my last trip from Japan. It got the creamy taste but not the depth of flavour in terms of pork broth (tonkotsu). The noodle texture was also not what I expect from ramen. Don’t think it’s freshly-made but I can be wrong. The egg got the flavour but not as runny as my preference. The char-siu pork has a good flavour though. Good value.

I had the duck noodles, it tasted amazing! Most places would scam you and put as little meat as possible in the dish however, here they almost put too much meat in my noodles!! Really nice environment here. Not overpriced, but not cheap either. Really happy with my experience here. Recommend 10/10

The staff are friendly and fast to serve the meals we ordered. Ramen of both myself and a friend was pretty much water with a little salt. It looked like a good broth, but lacked any flavour which was disappointing. The salmon Don was flavoursome and would get again. The pork goyza was too dry for our liking as well.
If the flavour of the broth in the ramen was better I'd probably come back.

The food was nice. But one of the staff was VERY VERY RUDE! Took my brother to this restaurant for the first time because I love the food. I was so disgusted by how one of the staff members treated us today! She was so rude and her behaviour was so inappropriate. She served our food and immediately turned her back to us while I was still asking her for water. Also rolled her eyes on us! One of the customers noticed how she treated us and they said that staff member was also rude to then. Shoutout to all staff members here!
