Cute little place, have been there twice now and enjoyed it both time.
Food is great. Coffee is good,
a bit on the weak side but overall great little spot.
Staff were attentive and friendly.
Love the french toast dish!
Wonderful staff, very kind and attentive. Delicious food! Cute little cafe away from the Main Street in North Melbourne. Will definitely come back.

A friend and I ate here for the first time about 6months ago after admiring it on the way to work. It has great curb appeal and seems cosy yet clean. There are a number of classic GF meals on the menu but not a large range. I picked the Sweet potato and Pumpkin Hash as something a little unique but trustworthy. I was impressed with the presentation and the taste was great. Maybe a little on the small side but decent value for money. The almond chai I ordered was also good. Would highly recommend the patio out back instead of sitting in the main area with the coffee machine.
used to be my Sunday brunch place. Loved the ambience and the coffee. Did had one incident where the girl misheard my order and gave me ham on toast when I asked for scrambled eggs…it was all good cuz the food was great anyway.
Midweek coffee date. Arrived late morning to an empty cafe inside. Staff could not have seemed any more disinterested in our arrival. With a half wave of the hand and “sit wherever” mumbled in our direction we sought refuge out the back.
Cute courtyard. The grumpy, flat service continued when we ordered coffees & food.
Luckily the coffee was great and the food was amazing.
Brioche French Toast had raspberry and lemon flavours to cut through the sweetness.
Had the grilled haloumi sandwich today. Was simple but delicious, filling and would recommend. Lovely cafe ambience and great service for a brunch location. Reasonable parking nearby but 15min walk from North Melb station.
One of the best chilli scrambled eggs I’ve had! The eggs were nice and fluffy - savoury with the right amount of spice. The sourdough was really good, as were the chorizo slices (although one was slightly burnt). My friends ordered the black sticky pudding, grilled halloumi sandwich and the French toast - good reports all round. The dishes were plated up nicely, the service was friendly, the interior decor was chic with a touch of rustica, and the atmosphere was chill and relaxing. A fantastic place for a lazy Sunday brunch.
Really nice cute cafe. Went there last Sunday with a couple of friends and had a lovely lunch. The place was very busy and had a great vibe. Lovely food and staff made it a great experience!
Cool little cafe located in north Melbourne. Has plenty of seating indoor and out in their court yard so great for summer.
Great tasting coffee and food, sampled the simply smashed which is a current special. Great value for money ($10 between 7:30-10:30) only knock was it was a touch spicy.
Good breakfast and cappuccino. I had the grilled halloumi toast and it was delicious. Next time I'll ask to have the bread toasted without butter.
I came here once before for takeaway and had a bad experience. So to return here and have a nice brunch in the back courtyard was good!
My friends and I enjoyed our coffees and food, which tasted as good as it looked! Service was prompt which we appreciated.
Stepping away from the overcrowded cafes, this place is definitely a little gem. Beautifully presented backyard, extensive variety of food. And a heart warming coffee which lit up the cold and windy Melbourne morning!
I have only tried the pumpkin and potato hash brown and already quite impressed. Hodjicha latte is definitely another highlight coz you don’t find it often in other places, a great alternative to coffees on the weekends.
Staff is welcoming and attentive, would definitely return.
A favourite brunch place of mine. Great coffee and food. Generous portions and even their simple fresh orange juice is tasty and the best pick-me-up on a sleepy morning.
How this place doesn't have 5 stars all around is beyond me. Nicest staff of any cafe I've been to. Lovely atmosphere. Beautiful food and they have amazing pastries. Coffee is phenom. Top place
Solid brunch choice in north Melbourne.
sun-soaked backyard, generous portions, extensive drinks list ,sharp pricing.
Very hard to beat in a competitive neighbourhood - keep it up!
A cute cafe in neighborhood, a great selection of food. I pretty enjoy their lovely backyard seatings.
The classic Melbourne neighbourhood cafe - good coffee, a nice range of teas and some superb choices for breakfast, all with the option of tables inside, a bar in the window and a lovely little courtyard out back.
Staff were great, quickly clearing tables, not afraid to be honest with people about their chances of a table when the cafe was full, and offering to move us from the bar to the courtyard when a table became free after we ordered.
Coffee was good, and fast, and the food choices were excellent - there was a good range of gluten-free options and a superb French toast for those who are not big on eggs.
Excellent flavour with generous portion that is reasonably priced. Love the little backyard at the back of the cafe!
