Our first visit to this small friendly and family oriented Thai restaurant. Staff was very warm welcoming and humble. Food was amazing and service was great. My kids enjoyed noodle and spring roll so much. Happy mum!!!

I have been ordering Lalor Thai for over 8 years and it is still the best Thai food in Western Sydney & the Hills District that I have personally had (and I have tried a lot of Thai food!) Always fresh, delicious and great serving sizes. Everyone is always wonderful to deal with which is a plus. 😊

And only cost $100.
Good price, feeling healthy eating it, not too much bad stuff they catch all the taste by skills and ingredients not chemical.

Excellent Thai food with very friendly staff and great service. There is always a place to get a seat. Even on the busy nights the staff do their best they can to accommodate you. Love a lot of the food on the menu. Great taste and love the curry and sauces.

We relish Thai food and I was recommended by many to try Lalor Thai, but I was fairly disappointed.
Not sure, if it was the regular quality as it was the last day of the financial year and the restaurant was pretty busy due to last day for people to use NSW voucher.
This is the first time that every family member complained about the food quality and we have to unfortunately throw it in a bin.
Sorry, no more Lalor Thai for us..

This was my fourth visit..always good but this time Chili basil fried rice was pre made & reheated, I can feel and see that as came on the table within 2mins after placing an order. However Red curry was amazing.

I normally rave about this place but have had the worst meal from them tonight. Ordered delivery for 6.30pm and it arrived at 5.45 pm. Crab claws were well over done and the tofu in the pad se ew tasted like rubber. Perhaps it was reheated from the lunch service? Very disappointing. Will try a different Thai place next time.
Thank you for your response. If the food isn't reheated from lunch then the tofu in the pad see ew was appallingly cooked the first time round. Had I called, what would have changed?

We had takeaway pad-see-ew chicken, pad-see-ew beef, pad-see-ew duck and pad-thai prawn.<br/>Customer service was amazing!!! <br/>-Hassle free, <br/>-fast service, <br/>-polite as anything <br/>-great flavour with perfect amount of meat/prawn.

We had chilli basil fried rice and noodle. Both have burned flavour and burned vegetables and rice is very dried. Just like rice mix with frozen vegetable. Really disappointed.sorry I did nt have photos. It is in the bin now.

Lovely place to experience authentic thai food.<br/>Only thing that I didn't enjoy was the variety of mango they used for their sticky rice mango dessert. But it could be a one-off since mangoes are not exactly in season right now.

Above average Thai! Nice clean interior and there seem to be a lot of take away orders. I had the pad Thai and mixed entree,nothing stood out though

One of the better Thai joints in the Blacktown area. The larb is a go-to, and the rest of the menu is nearly as good. The decor was a lovely touch - no tacky signage to be seen

Been to holy basil, green peppercorn .. Thai restaurants in parra... nothing beats lalor Thai chilli basil chicken just hits the spot right enough heat an so much flavour. All time favourite Thai restaurant.

Used to love coming here back in the days as it was in a convenient location, a 20 second walk from my former boyfriend's house. Not bad!<br/><br/>It is definitely a more quality-focused restaurant surprisingly as it is in such an odd location of a residential street. <br/>Though there was one frightening experience where the old boyfriend bit into the spring rolls and inside wss a black pebble. The weirdest thing ever and really got to me. Fearing what else was wrong with the food. We never contacted the restaurant as it was just absurd, just decided not to go there again

Great little restaurant. I was a little concerned when there were only 4 other people in the resaurant, but once the entrée came out (Satay Skewers) and the chicken was perfectly cooked i knew it was going to be a good feed. Followed the skewers by the Musman Curry with beef which was too cooked to absolute perfection. My only request would be to make the peanut satay sauce, well peanuty, struggled to taste them there was plenty there just lacked some kick. Will definitely return to try other dishes up for offer. Great friendly and attentive staff. Hidden gem.

My fav Thai restaurant. What makes a restaurant excellent is the ability to be consistent, and that they are! Food is always delicious every single time we've been, and that is too many to count. Every dish is always on point. Service is great and friendly, even when they're busy. Highly, highly recommended!

Love the food here. Very tasty. I have never dined in but I have had the pad see ew and pad thai to take away. It is very good value for money. I can barely eat half of my take away container at times as I am so full. I will most definitely keep ordering from here.

I've been to a lot of Thai places in Sydney and this is definitely my favourite! Very quick and tastes amazing! Lovely service! Favourite is the prawn fried rice and dim sims! 😍

Surprisingly good food for such an indifferent looking place. Service was a bit amateurish but this was no real problem. No cover charge for BYO is a real plus. Will most definitely go back as this is the pick of the dozen or so Thai restaurants in our proximity. Also, good value.

Hidden treasure. Being raised in this area of Western Sydney taught me not to judge a book by its cover. When I saw this place open I was skeptical of the location(not in the friendliest suburb or shop front) however my parents insisted we try this place. I am so glad I did, the Massaman Lamb curry was just full of flavour and the lamb just melted away in my mouth. Would recommend this place to anyone, very affordable also - B

Waited over 50 mins in the restaurant for food that was already done.. The wait staff are incompetent. They will happily take your money and ask you to wait. But when it comes time to actually give you your order, they let good sit their for over 20 mins and not just give it to you. So disappointing.

Not at all friendly or helpful. Ran out of dessert so we ordered coffee, then to be told they were not making coffee that night. We were either overcharged or charged for the tap water we had. Couldn't tell as no itemised bill. Wouldn't go there again.

Went there base on good reviews. Ordered 1tomyom soup(entree), 1 red curry, 1 pad Thai, i would say the taste was not authentic, too sweet, not enough spicy, very westernize. If you are after real Thai tsar this is not for you, this apply to almost every suburban Thai restaurants. The ones in city or Newtown are way better! In terms of price, a bit pricy compare to the $7 dish in Newtown.

I love this Place. I cant believe that this place exists in Lalor Park! (and I live in Lalor Park!!!)<br/>Best Thai in the area and I believe the other reviews when they say in other areas also!<br/>Best Money bags ever, up there with the red Duck Curry, but my overall favourite is the Crying Tiger... OMG what a sensation. and you MUST try the Coconut Rice.... mmmmmm<br/>Delightful staff and owners.<br/>Very very busy... and no wonder<br/>Only complaint would be the level of noise in the restaurant at times... but everything else out weighs that minor technicality.

Lalor Thai is comparable, if not better than all the Thai restauraunts in Newtown. I regularly eat from here and have never been disappointed. Their curries; especially are top shelf!

This is my regular Thai restaurant and it hasn't disappointed yet. Busy on weekend nights so make a booking. My favorite dish is the pad Thai duck!

Love it!. I can honestly say this is the best Thai I've ever tasted and as a sydney uni student, I've definitely tasted my fair share whilst frequenting the Newtown sites. <br/>The service is wonderful and friendly and all the dishes are delish! <br/>I highly recommend the money bags (best entree ever!) and the red duck curry...and the panang curry...and the pad thai....and the massman curry....and the chicken and cashews.....
