I usually enjoy the food at Oporto, however on this visit the halloumi and chicken burger and the halloumi and chicken rappa were very ordinary. The chilli cheese chips had an oily chilli sauce over them, it wasn't spicy but it wasn't pleasant to eat. We had trouble making out what the jalapeno bites were as they were very indistinct. The spicy chicken bolas were limp, not crisp and had no spicy kick - they were just bland. Maybe next time we'd just get some Oprego burgers as it was better than the rest of the food we ordered.

I was being served by a lovely girl named coco, I watched as she dealt with various challenging customers. Coming from a service background myself - i think she handled it amazingly and gave great service.

I am a regular. It's open until early.hours of the morning. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is fresh, tasty and good selection.

I ordered kids meal but staff refuses to give me kids meal they said kids have to be here unbelievable bad experience, if you wanna eat something light or you wanna grab food for kids to home then don’t think Oporto, I really like Oporto food but this store refusal was hilarious/
Is it necessary that kids meal is only for kids?

Dissapointed that we got there at 1am and they were closed. Only open for deliveries.
Suggest you change trading hours on your sign to say closed at 1am and not 3am.

Perhaps I walked in at an inopportune moment. Perhaps it was just one of those days. My table wasn't clean and neither was the floor, and the bins were near overflowing. There also seemed to be minimal staff for the number of people coming through. But the food was cooked well and the service was polite. So I hope this place is better at other times of the day and I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Other reviews will hopefully give more detail.

Been coming here for a long time. Just downgraded their review from 5 star to 1 star. The quality of packing and customer service has gone down hill. Food seems to be just rushed out..no communication or consideration of customers experience.
