I ordered my poke bowl via Uber eats tonight for pickup, however it wasn’t ready by the time I picked up my order!! The lady said she was too busy serving other customers, so Uber eat customers are not so important in their books!
She wasn’t pleasant to deal with also, kind of saying that it’s not her fault! Well, why state on the Uber app that it’s ready!?
Because of that, I had to face the crowd!! And everyone did not follow the 1.5 metre rule!
Yes the bowl was fresh and tasty, but the service was unfortunately disappointing. The reason I ordered via Uber eats was because of the high cases in NSW! I don’t want to get sick facing the crowd!

Cant believe how rude the staff are here. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have these girls represent my company. They stood there talking to each other while they ignored all the customers then had the audacity to give me attitude like I was inconveniencing them by wanting to order. I feel sorry for the owner, I was coming there with quite a large office order and they couldn't of cared less so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I definitely wont be returning nor will anyone from my office. You should tell your staff to be careful how they treat their customers, especially in these times.

This place is great - No doubt about it. The bowls are tasty and fresh with flavoursome sauces and great for a light snack or lady lunch.
However, your average Joe would need three of the large sized bowls or would have to spend another $50 adding extra fish/chicken in order to get enough protein to be satisfied and make gainzzz.

Freshly prepared in front of you poke bowls. Vegan option (tofu) available and it was very good. The dressing makes a real difference. Delicious and good serving size even the regular was perfect meal. Was very quiet when we visited but the girl working on 20/6 in the afternoon was super friendly and lit the outdoor heaters for us as it was cold and windy. This made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We came from 40 mins away to get a Poke Bowl for dinner.. We looked at the trading hours on the website prior, which said closes at 9pm, we walked in at 8:25pm! We checked in and walked to the register and one of the staff rudely says “we’re closed!” …. Yet nothing was packed away!???
SO the Website is either wrong or staff are being completely lazy and doing their job wrong!
I’ll never returning!

sooooo good! they have a range of set poke bowls to choose from, or you can create your own. their servings are veryyyyy generous, and they are not stingy with toppings at all! I had the classic Pokè Me with the salmon sashimi, and it was delish! the sesame mayo was amazing. definitely recommend getting a nourishing, takeaway bite from here!

Went there for a bowl which I think was meant to be around $14 but instead it cost me $23. Could have at least been told that the stuff I asked for coated extra as I have never gotten a poke bowl before. Otherwise it was yum

Nice place for a quick lunch. the salmon bowl or the tuna bowl are my favourites. No idea how authentic this place is as it's the only poke joint I have tried but the fish and salad is always fresh. Giving a 4 star but 3.5 would be fairer, not an option though.

Weird tasting. Cold. Just a fad. Not enough seating provided. Water jugs were empty and dirty glasses everywhere. Bins were full so it was hard for me to dispose the rest of my meal. Plastic cutlery.

Disappointing amount of protein in these bowls. Tasty though, not super authentic. Really like the bowls however. Could be cleaner place and table service for the price.
