Review Tokyo Ramen - Sydney

I absolutely love japanese food and this was no exception on the deliciousness. I only wished they had more carb free choices.

Terrible experience, poor service and food quality. Price is above average but the service is unfortunately below average for sure! The assorted sashimi definitely sat on the belt for a long time as it looked horribly dry and old, spoke to the store manager and he insisted that it is normal and there is nothing wrong with it. We also witnessed that the sushi chef uses his hand to prepare raw fish after rubbing his nose. That really leave us in doubt whether this restaurant has basic food handling knowledge or not. My first time and last time being in this place.

Great selections of sushi and sashimi. Can be busy if you come during peak hours or dinner time. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I would say it’s a little bit on the pricier side however they do offer a discount for cash payment. Overall we had positive experiences here.

Went here, they sit you in quick, 1 napkin between 2 people. No service at all after being sat. The “hot food” was all cold including the money bags, spring rolls, fried prawn bits, and the sushi itself just tasted mediocre. The tables didn’t come with wasabi and it wasn’t on the “train”, neither was (which comes at other sushi trains, so not trying to sound demanding) cutlery, napkins and also no menu to order, as well as no website showing what they have to offer. You could easily make this better by just including: - App ordering - Put napkins and cutlery and wasabi on the escalator train - Keep hot food actually somewhat warm - Add more drinks, only really soft drinks and not Japanese drinks like other sushi trains have - Fresher rice, the vegetables were fresh but the rice didn’t seem as nice texture Probably won’t come back here, maybe in a year or so to see if it’s fixed but just sad, coming from Dee Why Sushi Train and Rouse Hill’s Sushi train which have what I’ve mentioned and more

Nice japanese food inside the Macquarie Shopping Centre

Good place to go if you want sushi. However there will be a queue on dinner time.

I have visited this place many many times, and each time is very enjoyable. The sushi always tastes fresh and the cleanliness of the store is very well. The only issue I had with my most recent visit last week, was that it was not covid safe, where we were seated on the edge of a corner with another group of people on the seat next to us. We did not have a protective plastic screen between us and them where everyone else had one between them and other customers. This made it especially uncomfortable for us as we were so close to them where one of the other customers arm could basically touch ours if he leaned back. We were sitting too close to each other without any barrier between us, especially because both us and the other customers did not have masks on as we were eating, so this made it very uncomfortable.

One of the good restaurants that my family and I experienced. Food is always fresh and delicious. We just found a fish bone, It is dangerous for kids and we were lucky my son didn't swallow it ! happened. We informed the restaurant manager but I'm sure this is not always happening.
