Guzman is one of my favorite place! However, I had very bad experience yesterday.
First of all, cold drink was warm.
They explained to us they put in the fridge 15mins ago. And they gave us free Churros… well we wanted to have cold drinks not Churros..
So my boy friend had to warm drink.
Also, we ordered Burrito not Burrito bowl..
We explained to the staff… he said It’s not big difference between Burrito and Burrito Bowl..
He wanted to us just eat..
Well.. then why you guys have separate menu?? Also, he told us we have a responsibility as well. Well.. the staff didn’t double check with us. How we know she did a mistake or not..?
Anyway they made Burrito for us in the end. However, mine was medium chicken and My boy friend ordered Large beef.. but they did Large chicken and Medium beef…
Also, for beef burrito, It was just rice and beef… we barely could see other ingredients.
I really know you guys can do mistake however, the attitude of staff made us feel so upset.

Sorry to give 1 star because the food is no where near Mexican food/tacos. It was similar to chicken salad from oporto run by Indians. Just dry beans with chopped tomatoes and dry rice...the owner need to walk into real guzman G restaurant and see what Mexican food looks like.

Love my burrito bowls and nachos, this branch has the best versions of them and great staff. Consistently generous with fish or meat, guac, and general portion size. Awesome manager. Always enjoy coming back here.

I do love this chain, but especially this particular restaurant have love staff who are very friendly and helpful! Delicious food to boot.

Love the food here, especially the mini burritos. We've been here many times and have always had a good experience. Just keep in mind this is a fast-food eatery, not really a restaurant. It can get busy, and there aren't always good seats available.

A burrito with chewy chicken on the undercooked side, everything warm except scorching hot beans. I’ve eaten here a couple times before and it was fine, but this time I wish I could throw it up and erase my memory
