I liked my experience here. Came in and greeted with a warm hello. Used a groupon voucher for 7 sushi plates and a sake float. Opted for the lychee sake float. Too bad the sashimi plate only had two pieces. All the sushi was good. Normally $3.5 a plate.
Really good sushi and friendly people - went above and beyond and would recommend wholeheartedly. The only downside is that it isn't open on the weekend
It must be the best teriyaki chicken in Sydney.

Amazing service, helped us with the menu and catered for vegan needs. The sushi was delicious as well!! Spring rolls were so good too. Would recommend!
Its been a week and a half since I left Sydney and I'm still thinking about Alan's sushi. Every single day. The atmosphere is amazing, the sushi is GLORIOUS, the staff is kind, AND its affordable for any budget. I told myself I'd only eat out once on my trip, but I was at Alan's Sushi at least 3 times before I left. I'm going back to Sydney next week and its partially to visit a friend, but mostly to eat at Alan's
This restaurant/ sushi bar is just great/ delicious.
I went to it for two weeks everyday, since the prices are good and the food is even better.

Sushi is great and fresh! I ordered 3 hand rolls and got soy sauce, but no wasabi :( I have noticed this in a lot of places and they give you for other sushi, but not the hand rolls for some reason. Otherwise only +++ for this place.
Wonderful sushis. I'm use to go at least twice per week, during the happy hour where u cannot find cheaper than this place!
Pretty good. Lots of basic stuff though: chicken, shrimp, salmon, imitation crab. Would love to see more real sushi: squid, eel, scallop, octopus ect...
Really great quality, fresh sushi! I was surprised. Lots of variety and I love that the whole sushi train is one price.
Thanks for the fantastic sushi today. Best sushi I had in Sydney so far. Hope you will open a shop at the Central Coast soon. (Not Gold Coast😉)
