Had gone there for lunch today, the service was very rude and staff there very arrogant and disrespectful, keep talking in Korean (I think it was could be another asian language). I bought something from them and they gave me the wrong item, I realised this a minute (probably 30secs after walking away from counter probably 2 steps) and they refused to change it even though they acknowledged their error. The lady kept laughing with her colleague n talking in Korean saying "sorry no English, no change"

Got a chicken from here the other day -not bad but nothing too exciting for $7 either. Good for a snack and they have plenty of other options too

Went there after school and got the teriyaki chicken don. As I was half way through eating and I notice the chicken was PINK!! I immediately stopped eating and threw it out. Later that night I woke up vomiting profusely from eating the chicken. Will NEVER again will purchase from any of there establishments. Absolutely Disgusting!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Spicy Salmon Bento that I bought from this sushi place. It looked and tasted great! I’ve been looking for a go-to lunchtime sushi place in Sydney for a while now (non-sushi train), and Ozeki didn’t disappoint. Would go again. I didn’t see any pickled ginger this time, but I hope they have them.

Do not recommend, major food safety risk to eat here. Purchased a spicy Mayo chicken cup at 1pm on Saturday which was sitting pre made under heat lights. Sat down in the food court to eat and bit into a piece, it was cold but not cold enough to be in the safe zone. The amount of bacteria that could have been in that chicken! After my first bite threw it out, sooooo not worth the risk of food poisoning.

The food court is very busy and it can be difficult finding a seat. I ordered a vegetable udon and shrimp tempura roll. The vegetable udon did not look like the photo on their menu as fresh vegetables were replaced with frozen peas and corn. The quality and taste of the roll is not as good as Hero Sushi.

Chicken katsu - worst one we have eaten to date. Chicken was soggy and tasteless. Did not use japanese rice and the rice was soggy. Salmon bento box - salmon sashimi was not fresh. Most of both meals went into the bin and we still got stomach issues after (went to bathroom 4 times in the space of 2 hours). Definitely not worth the $30 and ruined our boxing day shopping experience. We will be making a complaint to the NSW Government Food Authority. Recommend that everyone steer clear of this place. Look at their Zomato page to see multiple bad experiences from other patrons.
