Stick to the pizza and avoid the Biscoff Scrolls that are apparently “oozing with Biscoff spread, served with a decadent Salted Caramel sauce on the side”. Yea I got the sauce but zero Biscoff. Just 4 burnt, plain scrolls. Best $5 I ever spent….

An absolute disgrace and shambles of a company. My last order took 3 hours to arrive and was cold, as I live in Alexandria this is ridiculous and not acceptable. Got a credit on my account however, my next order 2 pizzas were missing from the order and the excuse the store gave was “sorry the delivery driver was new”. Do not order from here, the store needs a lot of work and perhaps the current (if any) manager gets the door.

Unfortunately, I've now been waiting 75 mins for my pizza to arrive. I tried calling after an hour, but my calls just rang out. Ten minutes and 11 attempts later (I'm persistent if nothing else) the phone was finally picked up. I then waited another 5 minutes on hold, with clashing and shouting in the background, as the staff member went to 'find my pizza'. It sounded like the kitchen from Fawlty Towers and I really felt for the frazzled staff member as they rushed around asking people where the errant pizza had gone. Something in this restaurant was obviously going terribly wrong.
FInally I was told that the pizza was in the kitchen and 'on it's way' with an ETA of 20 mins. Then a perfunctory and belated apology. FIngers crossed it will arrive at some point tonight. Even if it does my experience tonight earns 1 star

Pizza was good but not amazing. Flavour was lacking but the food was delivered quickly. We paid a total of $74 for three 11" pizzas which felt expensive for the quality and flavour.

Spoke with RAM rude wanting to offer a free side value $6 lost a loyal customer as well!
I don’t complain go elsewhere avoid this place not to mention pizza come with an attitude from owner on phone 📱 doesn’t want to hear anything emails doesn’t look!

We have now been waiting an 1hr and 45 mins for a 30 min order. The store does not pick up the phone and we have no idea if the food is coming. Very disappointed in crust. Wouldn’t order again after this experience. Hopefully we will get our order or a refund but we have had to sort out other food.
Update: pizzas came cold just over 2hrs after ordering. Pizzas and garlic bread were both under cooked.

Ordered Crust online last weekend. <br/><br/>Variety of traditional pizza choices at great costs. Unfortunately delivery took a while (close to an hour), but to be fair it was a Saturday night at around 6:30 - so must have been very busy. <br/><br/>Ordered the 1m pizza with three choices, plus a garlic pizza on the side and they were all delicious! Worth the wait definitely. <br/><br/>Food recommendation: garlic pizza🍕

We waited 2 hours on a Wednesday. We called for the order at 11:50am and it is 1:54pm now and they have not come. About about 1.5 hours we called (after trying 3 times) to see where the order was, the said they said the driver hadn't picked it up yet and they couldn't do anything about it because they were busy and we just had to wait. <br/>We have tried to call them about 6 times already to cancel the order and they won't pick up.<br/>Never heard of waiting for 2 hour pizza delivery before.

For me, I like pizza the traditional way. The dough, floppy, thin and with a light fluffy crust. The toppings, traditional and no more than 4. Crust, although satisfying to eat, is not very traditional to me. The base was a little chewy and on the harder side. I'm not a fan of completely different cuisines being made as a pizza topping either. Aside from that, it is still really enjoyable to eat and the toppings are generous. They have some good choices on the menu.

Haven't had pizzas from Crust in a while and was surprised at how extensive their menu now is. We ordered the Vietnamese Chilli Chicken (Large) on a whole meal base (extra $2 and so worth it!) and between 3 people, it was plenty! I was extremely impressed at how good this pizza was! The sauce and the whole meal base was sooo good! Could've added a bit more chicken on there but.

Just had the worst experience in the world.After two hours of waiting for our pizza (the shop is about 10 minutes from my house) to finally call up and be told the ovens are not working !! Absolutely disappointed in the fact they did not have the audacity to call us back and let us know.

First timers here by chance our family were here from the GC and thought we would have Pizza from somewhere different and came across this quaint little joint. Lady that served us was vey helpful and I have to agree with another reviewer the peri peri chicken pizza was delicious. We ordered 5 different pizzas: Florentine, peri peri chicken, Mediterranean Lamb, deluxe supreme and a feta and spinach square. They were perfectly cooked through..... all had awesome flavours and the favourite was the Mediterranean lamb and the kids enjoyed the square. Was a bit expensive but was worth the experience. Will be returning.

Best Peri Peri Chicken pizza in Sydney. All other pizzas are good, but it is difficult to compete with the amazingness of the Peri Peri Chicken. Salads are good too. Great gourmet fast food joint!

I feel badly not giving this place a higher rating, but if you don't do traditional Italian style pizza then I don't feel like you're worthy of 4+! But this place is excellent for a more North American style of pizza i.e. tons of yummy toppings! It's a bit expensive but quite yummy and a huge selection.

On hold for 10 mins. I might be old fashioned but I thought with mobile phone in hand I would be able to order a pizza from Crust Botany Rd. Think again, they are very prompt to answer the phone only to instantly put you on hold. Unable to contact them by phone, gave up in the end.

Thumbs up.. Lady that took our order was well mannered, as we had not tried crust pizza before she was very helpful and recommended two pizza's for us to try turned out to be delicious... definitely not lacking on toppings, sauce we had (peri peri and pesto) was yummy and good to have a pizza that was not soggy in middle. Pizza was warm perfect temp for eating and delivered within a hour. Definitely convenient great customer service and value for money.

RE: Terrible Customer service, Frequently late and gets order wrong.. Ordered pizza. Wrong pizza delivered an hour later. Called and asked why and was told I must have ordered wrong (why would i order something i'm allergic too?) transferred to a 'manager' and he promptly hung up on me. These guys are convenient when they get it right but that's not often enough for me to try again. Rubbish.

Foreign plastic object in pizza. We found a foreign object in our pizza. We contacted Crust Pizza and emailed photos. Each time we were told someone would get back to us but no one did. No apology. We feel very disappointed by the lack of concern and customer service.

Rubbish. I order from these guys at least twice a week, They are always late, and just today we waited for an hour and a half and then they delivered to the wrong address. and his bad English didn't help the case. <br/>Crappy Service.

Not as fresh as melbourne :(. We waited for our pizza and it tasted like it had been sitting there for ages. Really disappointed that the standard could change so much between stores.

The guys that run this joint are pizza perfectionists, loaded with toppings right to the edge of the crust. No sign of a limp base here, or a greasy box for that matter. The drivers always do their best to deliver under the quoted delivery time, worth every penny- even after tipping the driver.

Best gourmet pizza in Sydney. Best gourmet pizza I've had in ages, I am now a regular with home delivery. The Cajun chicken is a must it has the best sauce. I order online and is usually delivered within 20 mins or so, extremely quick. The five spiced pork belly is good also. Never had a bad pizza here.

The best Crust in Sydney apart from the Lane Cove one; they don't skimp on toppings like the Surry Hills one does and the pizzas arrive piping hot and fast
