Everything is extra. If i wanna beef, i need to pay more. If i wanna salsa(tomatoes etc) , i need to pay 2 dollar. It follows with interest rate up up up lol.

Good food and quick service. We were happy with the fresh food that you could tell was of a good quality. I was happy with the variety of dishes and how filling the food was. The small burrito is quite sizable and filling. I would surely go back here again if I had the chance.

All this jazzy partner marketing at the point of sale (Liven, Met Centre Rewards), but they refuse to accept redemption of these partner offers, or otherwise have no clue/training about it.
Sacrifice the partner offers and go for a 2 minute walk to Australia Square to support GYG instead.

I love Mexican food at Madmex but I am a big fan of naked burrito specially at Metcentre Madmex , their Naked burrito is so yummy that I visit it several times in a Week and will continue to do so … the staff is very warm and welcoming and give full attention to the customers … Good work !!!

Mad Mex is my go to during the work week when I want to grab a quick lunch that is relatively healthy. I always have the naked burrito. I love that they use brown rice and the ingredients are always fresh! #madmex

I was gutted with the lack of food options in the city / near my hotel.<br/>After having walked 12 miles on my first day in Sydney, we wanted food close to the hotel. We opted for here but it wasn't what we were after - it was just the best of a bad bunch.<br/>I had a PLAIN cheese quesadilla and it was average. Being a big Mexican food fan, after 2 bad Mexican quesadillas in both Melbourne and Sydney - I think I'll stop trying now.

The guy at billing counter is too rude and arrogant. He would act as if he is giving away the food for free and this was my second time experience with him! Terrible sales skills for sure.<br/>

Had to go for a late lunch and the food court was all closing up for the day... Mad Mex was pretty much the only thing that was still open. <br/><br/>I ordered the Quesadilla with my choice of steak as the filling. I wasn't too impressed with the taste. It wasn't anything too exciting. Maybe I made the wrong choice...

I never seem to grow tired of Mad Mex, and I dine here quite often! I really like the stuff they have on offer. Since I am a vegetarian, I get the added bonus of free Guacamole as well! Their naked Burrito (a Burrito Bowl named differently), and the Grande Melt (a big Burrito) are my picks. I'm not really a fan of their chips, though. They taste pretty bland.

I had an appointment with a job consultant one afternoon, on Kent street. I wanted to explore a bit because there was still time left, and I happened to spot Mad Mex inside the nearby Met Centre. My craving for Mexican food got the better of me, so in I went! <br/><br/>Unfortunately, my experience at this outlet was somewhat disappointing. It wasn't too crowded, but the staff members had trouble coping up with the crowd. I ordered a naked Burrito. It was really difficult for me to choose the fillings and ingredients, and they still ended up missing out on corn and jalapenos. The food was decent, but I realised that they had made it way too spicy (although I never asked for it). <br/><br/>This is by far the poorest experience I have had yet at any Mad Mex outlets. I don't know if this place is understaffed, or they are just not as competent as their counterparts at other outlets. <br/><br/>Food - 3/5<br/>Ambiance - 4/5<br/>Service - 2/5<br/>Value for money - 3.5/5<br/>Overall - 3/5

Weird. After being rushed through my order by the woman serving, I sat down to eat my nachos. After several mouthfuls I realised it was missing salsa. It was just corn chips with a tonne of sour cream, a bit of guacamole and something that resembled melted cheese but actually tasted like plastic. Needless to say I did not eat it all.
