Upon walking in, the shop looks a bit sad and empty to be honest, lunch time there was 1 customer thats it, I always love a shop with a bit of a pumping vibe this one didnt have it.
But I still sat down and ordered a salmon croquette, or something croquette. It was sooooo good. I should not judge the vibe, at that moment I only cared about how yummy everything was put together. That dish was $18 a reasonable price, but I think I did see something at $28. A bit of a shocker for a cafe price I guess.
Service was friendly and quick.
Whitehorse Chloe is a lovely addition to the ever growing number of cafes in the Boxhill area. Their fusion menu is relatively interesting and service is reasonable.
It was a nice and sunny day when we decided to visit this cafe. The plating of all their food was certainly very impressive. My charcoal waffle was almost too pretty to eat. It was a delicious dish which was accentuated by the multiple toppings. The kimchi ramen was well prepared - the broth was full of umami goodness and the ramen itself had a lovely springy texture.
Whoever Chloe is, she's doing a pretty good job!

Embarrassingly enough, between licking my fingers, smothering my face in perfectly cooked mussels 🐚 and ragu beef Bolognese 🍝, my entire eating etiquette went out the window at Whitehorse Chloe😂. If you wanna have a finger licking meal, then you have to go try their dinner menu!

Whitehorse Chloe is a breakfast/brunch destination in the morning, offers high tea in the late afternoon and then serves dinner during the evening. Our review will cover our two visits; one for brunch and the other for their Melbourne Cup high tea (yes I know, I am extremely late with this one! Therefore please check the venue’s instagram page to avoid disappointment).
Nice and chilled cafe around box hill, jus under the Chen hotel, loads of food options, the match sponge cake however is a bit too dry I would say, otherwise it’s a nice dessert!

Lovely brunch here a couple of days ago. The service was fast, polite and friendly. I really loved the interior design with the marble tables, light filled rooms and modern decor. The soy flat white ordered wasn’t very bitter, which I love. The shin chicken burger had a spicy flavour to it & my partner really enjoyed it. The smoking croissant I ordered was sweet, salty and smoky all at the same time. It was very different but it all worked well together. If Macca’s and Nando’s chips had a baby, they would be the fries I ate here which I enjoyed.
Friendly staff and good service and nice atmosphere. The cafe looks bigger from outside but inside was cosy. There were few people having a drink after work. I had skinny flat white and it was good.I love to coming back for meal.
I’ve been seeing Whitehorse Chloe all over my Instagram feed ever since they opened and I was excited to try them!
I ordered their sesame seed panna cotta, lap cheong scotch egg and lobster roll.
The sesame seed panna cotta was plated so beautifully and it was so light! It is definitely worth a try if you’re feeling like something a little bit sweet to share with some friends.
I was really excited to try the lap cheong scotch egg. It was really crispy on the outside! However I was slightly disappointed at the lack of that really distinct lap cheong flavour. But overall it was still a solid scotch egg dish.
They were generous with their lobster filling in the matcha bun, however I felt like it was just missing something to add more dimension to the roll.

The smoking croissant benedict was an absolute winner!!! Eggs were poached perfectly and sour pickles were the perfect addition. It was plain delicious - 5/5.
The sesame panna cotta was smooth and flavoursome. It did need some kind of liquid (milk, yoghurt) as it was fairly dry. Presentation wise, it's beautiful! 4/5
Service was friendly and they are so aware of ppl taking pics and videos of their meals they actually tell you to get the camera ready lol.
Really clean and classy looking restaurant tucked away at the base of one of the new towers in Box Hill. Service was quick as the place was unexpectedly quiet, not that we were complaining. We ordered the Smashed Avo and the Summer Goddess, each with a side of bacon, because... Bacon! Food was fresh and tasty and beautifully presented. The bacon was smoky and crispy and emotional! We'll be back!

What a beautiful lunch and experience I just had here.
Being a cold brew fan,. I was stocked when they brought my cold brew which I'm sure to them it was something simple but to me it looked amazing...and it tasted just as good as it looked.
For a meal I chose the fat piggy...mainly because of the name...and I was so impressed with this also...that pork belly, succulent and tasty...the soft boiled egg perfect for me.

The 1st floor of cafe shop seems quite big but there are only six tables, and tables are very close to each other.
