I had dinner here with my partner for our Anniversary and absolutely loved the sea food meal!! 😍💕 very delicious and worth the price 👏🏻
Surprised by this as most hotel restaurants are merely adequate. We had the salmon with prawn and it was so tasty that we asked for extra bread to sop up that lovely sauce. Salmon was cooked to perfection and was rather large. The service was exceptional for Australia. A fine wine list added to our delight. Very quiet. This was one of our better dining experiences in Australia.

A WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND AN AFTERNOON IN A WEEKEND!
We did the High Coffee themed High Tea here on a Saturday at 1pm and we had such a wonderful time! And for $65pp (discount available with an Entertainment Book) this was a highly worth activity!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We could not fault customer service and their hospitality! Staff was super friendly and attentive and we felt that nothing we could have requested would have been a hassle. One staff even offered to take photos of us without being asked! They were very quick to remove any empty cups and plates which we appreciated
FOOD AND MENU
The menu was perfect and the right amount. We were served with Espresso Martini before free flowing and unlimited barista made coffee were ordered (think lattes, cappuccinos, mocha) and teas. The savoury treats were one of the best we have had the the petite sweets were so delicious and delectable! And the scones were fun and creative with the injectables!
Highly recommended experience!
It's been a few months since I last went to Little Collins Kitchen at the Sheraton for dinner. The seafood buffet is still the same, consisting of prawns, oysters, mussels, salmon, crabs and scallops. Now the hot food has a changing theme. On the evening we dined it was Korean. For those who may not appreciate the food theme, the usual roast meat and vegetables is still available. The changing theme adds variety to the buffet and is a good improvement.
Such a beautiful afternoon spent at the High Coffee! Only $65pp (also takes entertainment book discount) includes the afternoon tea 3-tier stand, an espresso martini and unlimited coffee! The savoury and sweet items were absolutely delicious and the almond scones were a nice addition! Absolutely loved the fraisier!! Available until the end of August 😍

Sheraton Melbourne delights with a cheeky twist on the traditional high tea experience – High Coffee.
With a stunning offering that heroes what Melbourne is obsessed with, coffee, the experience starts aptly with a heady Espresso Martini.
Excellent food, seafood is usually very fresh, overall its always a very nice experience, and atmosphere
I do like the cheese station, dessert selection isnt huge but very good, whilst seafood selection and presentation is very good
Service always exceptional, never had a bad experience
Sometimes the mains do get a bit dry, especially the meats, but this time the meats were top notch,
the only problem is at $90-$100 per head, you are getting into the Langham price range, which is slightly better
Will return without a doubt
Came here last Wednesday using our Cudo deal. Thought the place looked nice-the staff greeted us as soon as we stepped into the place. In terms of the food-i thought it was alright. It wasn’t that great and I probably wouldn’t pay full price to come here but it was a good experience overall. This place reminds me a bit like kitchen workshop

+3.5
If you come on a Cudo voucher it is no doubt a great deal $99 for two people. I have no regrets coming for that price. However as others have said, if you were to pay full price ($300 for two) I would definitely not return. The setting was very relaxing and you could definitely tell it was fresh inspired and spacious! You can definitely relax and enjoy for 2hours!
On the night we went, there were coffin bay oysters which had very deep shells and were incredibly creamy! The oysters were well chilled beforehand AND put on ice so it tasted fresh and was at optimal temp. The prawns were XXL, they were very sweet and the meat was springy and very fresh! The quality of the oysters and prawns were outstanding and the prawns would easily be the size and quality you get for $40-50/kg at the market!
However the negatives were:
The spanner crab had no crab flavour at all, the meat was form but tasted very bland and watery missing the distinctive sweet taste of spanner crab. We alerted the chef and the manager but got not reply or word on why his occurred.
The mussels were similarly watery and bland.
The meat inside the blue swimmer crab was slightly salty but in an appetising way but the biggest disappointment was the meat inside was all shrivelled and had shrunk to about 1/4 size of the shell! It did not taste fresh and not even the salt could mask that the crab was poor quality and old.
A highlight was the dessert which although was not a large selection was hotel quality with the standout being the lemon tart. The other bonus is the Movenpick ice cream! Even though there was only vanilla and strawberry the ice cream was high quality (as expected from the brand) and a step up from soft serve or non-brand ice cream! The array of toppings was also a bonus!
As mentioned by others, the hot food is pretty much a miss and is very small selection! But if you’re here for the seafood and you love prawn and oysters you can easily make your money back and have a very enjoyable feast! I had an excess of 12 prawns and 4doz oysters which is more than my cost of $50pp.
Also note calling the restaurant to change your booking is really really hard once o I’ve booked with Cudo. No one answers the phone ever and I ended up having to call the Sheraton hotel many times to get a message left with the food and bev manager! Pretty poor service in this regard!
Incredible service - cannot cult the incredibly friendly efficient staff. And the food for a buffet it wonderful. It is produced in small batches in order to continuously keep it fresh. Gorgeous dessert cabinet too! My new favourite - up there with the Conservatory!
I was reading all the reviews online and hesitated to make a booking for my wedding party. I’m glad I decided to try for myself. First the service was amazing! I booked in advanced and pre-ordered a la carte menu. It was a breeze dealing with all their staffs. They communicated to each other well so I didn’t have to explain to every single one of them every time I contacted them. They were able to accommodate my request in advanced to arrive at 11.30, which would be earlier than their usual lunch hours at 12 pm to have refreshments. I was originally told that we could wait at the lounge seating at the front of the restaurant, which was fine but people would be walking around us. Again, I wasn’t fuzzy about this. But when we arrived today very early at 11 am, we were seated in a very private area that was reserved for our party next to the bar on those comfortable chairs. Unexpected and wonderful experience! It was intimate space and away from all the restaurant patrons. For refreshments, we had coffee and tea with those Buttermilk Fried Chicken sliders and Baked Camembert with herb and garlic butter along with toast. Those were great and such a hit with all my guests.
When we were seated at 12 for lunch, we were well taken care by staffs. Alison was knowledgeable with the wine selection. Love the Australian sparkling wine she recommended. When the food arrived, the portion was not at all what I expected. It was huge portion. Calamari was tender. Mushroom risotto was very good according to my husband. I had salmon for entree. Perfectly cooked with red curry butter sauce to spice it up. It’s not spicy but definitely something different that I would order again. The steak was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the meal.
I particularly love my strawberry macaron! Delicious and fresh to clean my palette after the fish. The dark chocolate hazelnut fondant was nice and warm. The richness of chocolate was satisfying especially to go with rum raisin ice cream.
Overall excellent service and amazing food. Definitely memorable experience for our special day. I will recommend to anyone looking for cosy and comfortable ambience with great food and five-star service.
Spend $89 on Groupon to eat their weekend seafood buffet for 2. Great value for money. I was lucky because my reservation was dated on the day where they have Indonesian Buffet too. Amazing experience
A nice little restaurant located in the Melbourne Sheraton Hotel.
The food dishes were delicious, but I would like to see more seafood options. The seafood quality was fresh and delicious though.
The desserts were amazing!! That was my favourite part of the dining experience.
I went here with my wife for our wedding anniversary🥳 We absolutely loved the seafood buffet😍🤩🎉 They’ve got 🦐🦀🐟🍣🐚 and all of them were delicious🙆🏻♂️👍👍 When you purchase through Groupon they give you a free glass of wine or beer or juice for each person🍾🥂🍻 And don’t forget to try their deserts🍮🍦🎂🍧 해산물 뷔페 쥑여줘요~
Came here on a Cudo. Have been here twice now and on both occasions have loved the quality of the seafood. Albeit with minimal hot food selection. As buffets go if you want good oysters and prawns this is the right place. But at full price it may not meet expectation. I also quite like the salad bar. Got quite alot of different things compared to other buffets. There was this pulled pork with pickled cauliflower? again the amount of overall selection is not great but what they do put on is quality..
