Need to train staff to take an order. A couple wanted 2 meals which were displayed in the big illuminated screens. The worker had never heard of it, even after being shown twice. Then couldn't find it on order screen. Twice had to get a worker to help her. Meanwhile the order line is 10 people long. No self order screens here. How is the public supposed to use them anyway when trained? Staff member took 5 minutes to order 2 meals. Meanwhile got served Luke warm chips. 🍟

Absolutely terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. How can you provide 1/4 pounder with cheese without cheese? Totally useless. Would have gone back but was in the car park and couldn't be bothered. Useless staff saw 3 people complaining about 3 incorrect orders before me. Total joke, fire them all

Raw fries. That's what you'll get if you eat here. Their service is so busy they can't be bothered to keep to their fryers timer and merely dunk their fries in the oil for a few seconds. If you like limp, floppy fries, this is the Maccas for you. Oh, and I won't bother talking about the awful burgers we were served here, there's not enough internet download space for that rant.

Visited the restaurant on 25th June. Extremely disappointed by the service the frontline staff provided, especially Lily.
I placed the mobile order at 11:37am, order #145. 4 minutes later, the order was almost completed and was placed at the end of the chute. The order was removed from the dashboard not long after. I then asked the staff member if my order was ready. The reply is not yet. At 11:48, I asked Lily the same question, her reply was “ it’s coming” in a not-so-friendly tone of voice. 2 minutes later, she dropped 2 packs of fries in my order and handed over to me. Throughout the course, the restaurant was not busy at all. Approx. 7 orders handed out. The supply of fries was plentiful. If that’s the only thing holding back my order been handed out, I do not accept the explanation. When asked Lily for why my order took so long to hand out and why it was removed from the dashboard long before it was ready, she said “ I’m sorry” in an extremely careless tone of voice.
Adding to that unpleasant experience, there was no toy given for my 2happy meals. The disappointment expanded beyond myself to my kids.
I would choose to give zero star rating if it’s possible.
The team needs proper training on how to respect their customers.

2.4 - Served a lukewarm coffee, cold chips but a yummy Fillet O'Fish (as it had to be made fresh). Certainly didn't mind the "3 minute wait" for a fresh hot burger, but disappointed with the other two items, especially on a defeating day of crazy pouring rain, invisible puddles and missed appointments. A tourist returned his cold fries and asked for new ones, and helped me to get them too. It was certainly not good enough to get cold soggy droopy fries, so I'm glad we got new ones made, and hence I gave 2 star, rather than 1. Staff brought it over.

Extremely romantic date night location, took my girlfriend here and she ordered the Big Mac but trust me it wasn’t the only special sauce she saw that night *wink wink* 10/10

I came here almost every week, she is arrogant, unprofessional, unbothered.
Don’t understand how she became manager position.
Not only training junior staff, manager needed as well.

Very friendly staff, good and fast service. Plenty of seating around as it's located in the food court. Doesn't have self order machines. Good snack for when shopping around the harbour.

Been here with my group of friends, amazing customer service for one of the workers! Very packed on the day we went though. Not enough seating for the amount of people who go there.

What's with the 'overdose' of McDonald's around here? Beats me! This one does not really look that appealing. The items I asked for were not available, and they took around 10 minutes to get it ready (although they mentioned 7 minutes). Not a big deal, but still a bit unprofessional.<br/><br/>The food was standard fare, like other McDonald's restaurants. I did like their McFlurry, though.<br/><br/>If you wish to dine at McDonald's I would certainly recommend the other standalone restaurant near the harbour over this one. <br/><br/>Food - 3/5<br/>Service - 3/5<br/>Ambiance - 2.5/5<br/>Value for money - 3.5/5<br/>Overall - 3/5
